Just when you thought that cars now a days are equipped with enough gadgets and devices, companies have begun to take it to another level with flying cars. Thinking back on the cartoon show The Jetsons, I never thought anyone could physically make a flying car. I guess I was wrong. Here at your local Ashland Nissan dealer, we think that flying cars would be practical for commuting and preventing heavy traffic throughout the day.
Can you imagine being able to press a button, and within seconds be hovering over crowds of cars? It seems too good to be true, but with the technology today, Terrafugia and Moller are just a few companies that have already manufactured these types of cars. Think of how much easier it would be to avoid traffic, get to your destination faster and have less accidents on the road. On the other hand, now that you’re in the air flying around, you’ll probably start to worry about other cars flying into you, how fast you’ll be able to go, and what the repercussions and rules would be created for car-flight.
This seems like a great idea, but I think it would only cause more problems. Two flying cars getting into an accident would be a dramatic scene, considering Newton’s Law of Gravitation. Putting all negative aspects aside, this could be the next big thing for cars. Scratch navigation systems and heated steering wheels, flying cars is what’s happening next!
